📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coffee machines, including espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Calibrate and optimize coffee machines to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Monitor machine performance and usage to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of coffee machines to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Provide technical support to the coffee shop staff and ensure they are well-versed in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in coffee machine technology and implement new techniques and tools as needed.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of all coffee equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee machine maintenance and repair.
• Proficient in using coffee machine brands such as La Marzocco, Rancilio, or similar.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the coffee shop staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Certification in coffee machine maintenance or related field is a plus.
