As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for on-site service calls, ensuring that our clients' systems are running optimally. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform on-site service calls to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain data center power and UPS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power distribution and UPS systems.
• Install, configure, and commission new power and UPS systems as per client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of power and UPS systems.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service engineering, particularly in data center power and UPS systems.
• Certification in power distribution and UPS systems (e.g., Vertiv Certified Professional, NETA, or similar).
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software such as Vertiv's Service Manager, PowerCalc, and UPS Manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
