📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build strong relationships with local stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and initiatives to foster engagement and awareness.
• Manage social media and event communications using tools like Hootsuite and Eventbrite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community needs and feedback are integrated into our projects.
• Monitor and report on community engagement metrics to measure the impact of our initiatives.
• Build and maintain a network of community leaders and influencers to amplify our message.
• Provide training and support to staff on community engagement best practices.
• Stay updated on local community trends and adapt our engagement strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, preferably in a non-profit or government setting.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing community engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of local community dynamics and cultural contexts in Manado and Sulawesi Utara.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using social media and event management tools like Hootsuite and Eventbrite.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
