📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize IT processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and implement process improvements using tools like Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and ITIL frameworks.
• Conduct process audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless digital integration.
• Monitor and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT process excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process improvement and optimization.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT tools and software, including ERP systems, CRM software, and process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
