📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food security in the province.
• Oversee the implementation of policies and programs aimed at improving food availability, accessibility, and utilization.
• Monitor and evaluate food security indicators, identify gaps, and implement targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and international partners to address food security challenges.
• Promote sustainable agricultural practices and support the development of local food systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of experts in food security.
• Represent the province at national and international forums on food security.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food security standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Security, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food security, agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans in food security.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SPSS, or similar.
• Knowledge of national and international food security standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
