Tavor Perry is looking for a CRM Automation Specialist to revolutionize customer engagement through advanced automation solutions. Based in the dynamic and inspiring city of Bali, you’ll work remotely to design, implement, and optimize automation systems that streamline customer interactions and enhance overall satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing CRM systems. With a focus on efficiency and innovation, you’ll leverage tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier to create robust automation solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

• Design and implement CRM automation solutions to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM automation, preferably with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in CRM automation (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is a plus.
