📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for BPKB motor financing products, working closely with partner agencies to drive customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, finance companies, and other industry partners.
• Leverage your industry expertise to craft compelling marketing messages and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our marketing strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of our BPKB financing solutions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the automotive and finance industries, with a deep knowledge of BPKB financing products and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a motorcycle with a valid BPKB (Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor).
