🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
