In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing marine projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our team of marine engineers, surveyors, and other professionals to develop and implement cost-effective solutions, tender for new projects, and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute marine projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for marine projects, including feasibility studies, concept designs, and detailed engineering.
• Tender for new marine projects, preparing and submitting tender documents, and negotiating contracts with clients.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards and within agreed timescales.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
• Prepare and present project reports, including financial reports, progress reports, and final project reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Work closely with our team of marine engineers, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine commercial strategy and project execution, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of marine industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in tendering processes, contract management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
