As a Machinery Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing machinery faults, and ensuring that all equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally. You will use a variety of tools and software, including but not limited to, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized repair tools, as well as industry-standard software for machinery diagnostics and maintenance scheduling.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and molds.
• Diagnose and repair machinery faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Document maintenance activities and repair processes for future reference.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience with industrial machinery and molds, including knowledge of common issues and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and software, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized repair tools.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory standards for machinery maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid certification in industrial machinery maintenance (preferred).
