📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hostel facilities, including common areas, guest rooms, and shared spaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
• Collaborate with the hostel team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Assist with minor construction and renovation projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to improve maintenance efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as ServiceNow or Workplace by Meta.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
