📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for electrical and ACMV systems using Revit and AutoCAD
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation for project construction
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately translated into construction documents
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure coordination between disciplines
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications in accordance with industry standards and client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of construction documents
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry standards
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM drafting, particularly in electrical and ACMV systems
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Revit Professional) is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus
