In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive alumni programmes that enhance networking opportunities, career development, and community involvement. You'll utilise tools like Salesforce and Mailchimp to manage engagement and track impact, ensuring our initiatives are both effective and scalable. With a strong background in community engagement and development, you'll bring fresh ideas and innovative strategies to our organisation, helping us build a stronger, more connected alumni network.

• Design and implement alumni engagement programmes that foster lifelong learning and professional development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni, students, and faculty to create meaningful experiences.
• Utilise Salesforce and Mailchimp to manage engagement and track the impact of alumni initiatives.
• Organise and execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities for alumni.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for alumni communications.
• Analyse engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Represent APSN Education Services at alumni events and conferences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in alumni engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in education, community development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, alumni relations, or event management.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful engagement programmes.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for building strong communities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
