📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to attract the right candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to the hiring manager on the recruitment process and candidate fit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
