📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess the needs of vulnerable families and develop personalized support plans.,Provide case management and advocacy services to help families access essential resources and services.,Facilitate workshops, counseling sessions, and community outreach programs to promote self-sufficiency and resilience.,Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to coordinate and deliver comprehensive support services.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support programs, and make recommendations for improvements.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and program activities.,Promote the organization's mission and values, and represent Methodist Welfare Services at community events and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, case management, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of local laws, policies, and resources available to vulnerable families in Bali.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
