📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the cost aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports for projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any cost overruns or underruns.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and cost performance.
  • Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the construction sector.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in cost management and control.
  • Professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or a similar professional body.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
