In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.,Reviewing financial records, operational processes, and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and supporting documentation.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff on audit procedures and best practices.,Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Access).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
