📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for client use.,Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.,Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and other terms to ensure client satisfaction and company profitability.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and recognition for outstanding performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the automotive industry and fleet management.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
