Sumber Adi Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team in Pontianak. As a Personalia Staff, you will be responsible for managing our HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing restaurant chain.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle recruitment and selection processes for new hires.,Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.,Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, and ensure resolution in accordance with company policies.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
