📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of service and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the outlet is well-stocked and that all equipment is in good working condition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
