📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT services meet the needs of the business.,Train and mentor junior system administrators to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in system administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining servers, networks, and databases.,Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
