📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.,Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.,Create and optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and URLs, to improve search engine visibility.,Monitor website performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business goals and deliver effective SEO solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.,Lead a team of SEO specialists and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.,Collaborate with other departments, such as content marketing and web development, to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.,Strong knowledge of SEO tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software like Screaming Frog or Ahrefs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Experience in leading a team of SEO specialists is a plus.,Familiarity with local SEO and understanding of the Indonesian market is a plus.
