📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Managing and maintaining the maintenance inventory and ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance records and reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for all stakeholders.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed within budget and on time.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
