📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
