Space Bay Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Cashier to join our team at our restaurant in Bintaro, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for handling transactions, managing cash flow, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.,Familiarity with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
