GRID Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated and efficient Assistant Cashier to join our team in Seminyak. As an Assistant Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our cashier counter. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update customer records and transaction logs.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.,Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.,Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining a clean and organized cashier area.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and special offers to assist customers effectively.,Perform other duties as assigned by the cashier or store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
