PT Eka Terang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Kediri, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Identify training needs and design appropriate programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals,Maintain training records and provide reports to management,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing training programs,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
