📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and assist with their check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its facilities.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and changes.,Assist with guest requests and ensure their needs are met.,Monitor and report any security concerns or incidents.,Assist with the preparation of daily reports and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and courteous demeanor.
