📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing daily transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.,Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer, following company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management by recording sales and restocking items as needed.,Collaborate with the cashier to ensure smooth operations and meet daily sales targets.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English skills are a plus.
