📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's menu.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen equipment and facilities.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
