📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.,Support the Learning and Development team in creating training materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training programs.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and facilitate training sessions.,Assist in the administration of training programs, including registration and follow-up.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices and methodologies.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
